Case Study: Urban Mixed-Use

Eastlake 2851

Eastlake 2851 was designed to maximize views and create vibrant urban living for its residents and the community. Significant attention to detail was placed on massing and application of materials to break up the linearity and the steep slope of the site. Retail spaces are situated along the busy arterial to the east, a public courtyard with breathtaking views is situated on the west, and public stairs at the north edge of the site lead to the neighborhood pea patch and lakefront below.
