JUXT

Located on a full block in the South Lake Union neighborhood, Juxt is a 361-unit mixed-use development that maximizes solar exposure and breathtaking views. The building – just one block west of Lake Union – is organized around a large, south-facing central courtyard. Interior and exterior amenities are dispersed throughout the building to create unique opportunities for socializing and entertainment. To create a more vibrant streetscape, Juxt features ground level apartments with stoops and semi-private patios as well as residential lobbies and commercial spaces along Dexter Avenue North and 8th Avenue.
