Case Study: Adaptive Re-Use

110 Main Street

The former Sandpoint, Idaho City Hall originally housed the fire department—including its stables—and the jail in addition to the local municipal offices. The renovation will transform those spaces into Class A office space while maintaining the building’s historic character. The rehabilitation will be done according to the Department of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and incorporates sustainable elements.
