The Century Apartments

With close proximity to Seattle Center, Denny Park, Olympic Sculpture Park, and downtown, The Century is designed to maximize the pedestrian experience at grade.  The larger retail space is located on the busy thoroughfare of Denny Way, while smaller live/work units with raised entries are located along Taylor Avenue N and John Street.  The combination of private, semi-public, and public green space provides relief from the hard streetscape of the urban environment and creates a safe buffer from heavy street traffic for residents.
